Health Connections (formerly Hoosier Chiropractor) was founded in August 2003 by Jeremy Ferris, DC. His brother, Matthew Ferris, DC, joined the practice in 2004.

Health Connections is a wellness-based office that offers a variety of services all focusing on increasing the overall health and well-being of our patients.

Our doctors specialize in various chiropractic techniques, the use of which is determined by each individuals’ specific treatment needs. Since overall wellness focuses on more than just spinal alignment, our doctors and staff also offer services to address our patients’ nutritional needs, stress levels and other specific issues that may be present.

Our staff continuously seeks to further their education on the newest, most effective, evidence-based practices to fully meet our patients’ wellness needs.

Health Connections is located in Fishers, Indiana.
